Your role as Sales Representative

As Internal Sales Representative you are the key member of our commercial team. You ensure that everything runs smoothly administratively and are an important link between our customers and account managers. With your accuracy and customer-oriented attitude, you ensure the smooth processing of orders, quotations and customer questions.

Your responsibilities:

 âœ… Administrative support within the sales team.

 âœ… Processing orders and preparing quotations

 âœ… Handle claims and complaints with a solution-oriented mindset

 âœ… Inputting customer forecasts so that we can plan optimally

 âœ… Managing incoming emails and phone calls

 âœ… Supporting account managers in their daily tasks

 âœ… Reporting to the Sales & Marketing Manager​

What do you bring?

 âœ” Minimum MBO-4 working and thinking level

 âœ” At least 3 years of experience in a similar position

 âœ” Good command of the Dutch and English language both verbally and in writing

 âœ” A proactive attitude: you identify and analyze problems and think in terms of solutions

 âœ” Experience with common software applications, including Microsoft Office

📌 Employment contract: definite period / indefinite period

 ðŸ’° Salary: €2,600 - €3,200 per month (based on 40 hours)

 ðŸ•’ Working hours: day shift, part-time 28-32 hours possible

 ðŸŽ‰ Extras: Company parties, training, Christmas package, pension, travel allowance and a monthly lunch!
